Power On
Connect the charging cable to power on the smart ring.
APP Download
Search and download "Da Rings" APP from App Store or Google Play, or scan the QR code to download it.
Search and download SmartHealth APP, or scan the QR code on the right to select the appropriate APP version to download.

Add Your Device and Connect It
- Activate Bluetooth on your mobile phone.
- Ensure your smart ring has sufficient battery.
- Open the Da Rings APP homepage and click "Add a Device."
- Find your ring in the device list and click to connect it.
- Click the button on the far right at the bottom to view VRing and battery percentage.
Connection APP
- Search and download SmartHealth APP, or scan the QR code on the right to select the appropriate APP version to download.
- Open the app and follow the instructions to match the ring.

Main APP Functions
- VRing Settings: Set exercise goals (steps, calories, duration).
- Sleep Report: View daily, weekly, and monthly sleep data.
- Physical Activity: Track steps, distance, calories burned, and exercise duration.
- Summary Homepage: View summarized reports on activity, sleep, workouts, stress, and menstrual cycle.
Lighting Status
- The red light flashes when charging and turns off when fully charged.
- The green light flashes during the heart rate test and the red light flashes during the blood oxygen test.
- Blood oxygen test: red light will flash on ring.
- Heart rate test: green light will flash on ring.
Wearing Style
- Wear the ring on your own suitable finger, choose a comfortable size and wear it on the index finger, middle finger, and ring finger to better monitor the data.
- Wear the sensor on the inside of your finger.
- Heart rate and blood oxygen measurements are more accurate.

Notes
- Choose a ring size that fits comfortably.
- Keep the contact area dry and clean.
- If you experience redness or swelling, stop using the device and consult a doctor.
Before using and operating the device, please read and follow the following precautions to ensure optimal device performance and avoid dangerous or illegal situations. In daily use, please choose a suitable size for your fingers, avoiding wear it too tightly, keep the dry contact area of the ring, and wipe it in time when it comes into water. If have symptoms such as redness and swelling appeared in the contact area, please stop using immediately and consult the doctor.

- Charge the device in a dry environment.
- Avoid handling the charging cable with wet hands.
- Do not disassemble or modify the battery.
- Please keep the charging cable and device in a dry environment when charging. Do not touch the charging cable with wet hands and avoid it being immersed in liquids such as water.
- Do not disassemble or modify the battery, insert foreign objects, or immerse it in water or other liquids to avoid causing battery leakage, overheating, fire, or explosion.
- Do not drop, squeeze, or puncture the battery. Avoid the battery causing the big external pressure, which can cause internal short circuits and overheating issues.
Health Monitoring
Before using the device, please carefully read and follow the precautions outlined below to ensure optimal performance and avoid any dangerous or illegal situations. When using the device daily, choose a ring size that fits your fingers comfortably avoid wearing it too tightly. Keep the contact area dry, and wipe the ring clean if it gets wet. If you experience symptoms such as redness or swelling in the contact area, stop using the device immediately and consult a doctor.
